Fenton Road Watermain Extension, Maple Avenue to Bristol Road
Surveys, design engineering, and construction engineering for construction
of 5,000 feet of new 16” water main to provide public water supply and to
connect with existing 30” water main at Maple Avenue and to existing 12”
dead-end water main on Fenton Road just south of Bristol Road; construct
gate valves and hydrants; and place 8” water main stubs at existing side
streets for future extensions.
Construction Cost $900,000
Ballenger Highway, Flint City Limits to Swartz Creek Bridge
Surveys, design engineering, and construction engineering for
rehabilitation of 1.02 miles of two-lane paved road including curb and
gutter, storm sewer, utility adjustments, and guardrail.
Construction Cost $1.2 Million
Western Hills & Townhouses of Western Hills Subdivision
Design engineering and construction engineering for reconstruction and
rehabilitation of 5.5 miles of paved residential roadway, including curb and
gutter, storm sewer, and utility adjustments.
Construction Cost $2.8 million
Davison Sanitary Sewer
5,300 feet of 12” Sanitary Sewer and pump station from East Genesee
County Line to the City of Davison.
Construction Cost $450,000
Mallard Ponds Development
New 174 Unit Residential Development in the City of Burton including water
main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, asphalt roads with concrete curb and
gutter.
Construction Cost $1.2 million
Linden Road Reconstruction
Reconstruction of 1.2 miles of existing 5 lane concrete road to 5 lane
asphalt road with concrete curb and gutter between Bristol Road and
Lennon Road; project included relocation of existing water main and
sanitary sewer.
Construction Cost $2.1 million
Irish Road Bridge Over the Kearsley Creek
Remove existing 2 lane bridge and construct new 50’ long 5 lane bridge
with sidewalk; bridge construction included reinforced concrete deck on pre-
stressed, post-tensioned concrete box beams, and 1410’ of approach
roadway; relocation of existing 20” D.I.P. water main and 27” RCP sanitary
sewer.
Construction Cost $1.1 million
Flint Township Recreational Parks and Trail
Construction included 1 mile of non-motorized pathways around the new
Flint Township Police Station; the pathways included asphalt and wood chip
trails, rest stations, a culvert bridge over the White Drain and a 1,500
square foot pavilion.
Construction Cost $250,000
