The firm was founded in 1958 by Richard. H. Kraft, and ten years later, in 1968, it was
incorporated.  In 2006, the firm was purchased by co-owners, Michael R. Pifer, P.E. and
Timothy L. O’Dell and is now known as Kraft Engineering & Surveying, Inc.

The steady growth of Kraft Engineering & Surveying is based on diversified and complete
consulting services in the fields of civil and environmental engineering, comprehensive
planning, construction management, and land surveying. The engineering firm has over
100 years of combined engineering
experience.

We offer specialized consulting services for governmental, industrial, commercial, and
private land development projects. In addition, we retain outstanding consultants in their
specialized fields of urban planning, mechanical and electrical engineering, architecture,
