COMMERCIAL LAND DEVELOPMENT
Tim Horton’s Restaurant
We have completed the survey and civil site design of several restaurant sites
including new restaurants in the Cities of Burton and Owosso, and the Townships
of Flint, Grand Blanc and Shields.
Financial Plus Federal Credit Union
We have completed the survey and civil site design for many credit union and
banking institutions including new Financial Plus Federal Credit Unions in the
Cities of Fenton and Swartz Creek, and the Townships of Flint and Grand Blanc.
Home Depot
We have the capability to develop small and large sites such as the new Home
Depot Store in Mt Morris Township, Genesee County and Caledonia Township,
Shiawassee County. The site in Shiawassee County required six 8” wells and a
water storage tank to provide adequate water for the fire suppression system.
Crown Pointe Endoscopy and Surgery Center
We worked with developers to maximize the potential of their property like the
Crown Pointe Campus Condominiums in Mundy Township; where the 6 acre
endoscopy and surgery center is the focal point of a new commercial site
condominium.
RESIDENTIAL LAND DEVELOPMENT
Walnut Creek Meadows
This 94 acre site in Flint Township is currently home to 60 single family homes
with plans for another 70 units in future phases. The design and construction
includes asphalt paved street with concrete curb and gutter, public sewer, water
and storm drainage
Horizon Lakes Airpark
This unique site of almost 200 acres in Fenton Township includes a publicly
owned 4,000’ runway surrounded by a mix of single and duplex residential homes
were the home owners can drive their planes from the runway, down private
taxiways, right into their attached private hangers. The infrastructure includes
paved streets and taxiways with public sanitary and private storm drainage
Timber Creek
This site in Rose Township in northern Oakland County contains 20 single family
units on 46 acres of rolling countryside. The infrastructure includes asphalt paved
roads with open ditch drainage, private wells and septic fields.
Mallard Ponds Development
New 174 Unit Residential Development in the City of Burton including water main,
sanitary sewer, storm sewer, asphalt roads with concrete curb and gutter.
